Order and item details

Have the ReachSupply.ca order number and billing email ready, then identify the exact item and quantity involved in the request.

2STEP 2

Condition and installation

Tell us whether the package was opened, the part was installed or altered, and whether electricity, gas, water, or refrigerant was connected.

3STEP 3

Clear evidence

Provide clear photos when requested: the shipping carton and label, product packaging, part labels, model/serial plate, visible damage, and the installation area when relevant.

Do not ship anything until written authorization is issued. Submitting a request does not approve a return, refund, replacement, warranty claim, or shipping reimbursement. The destination and instructions may differ by item or supplier. Read the Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.

Enter the ReachSupply.ca order number and billing email. The portal will load eligible order items and the request options available for each item. Submission starts a review and does not automatically authorize a return, refund, replacement, or warranty remedy.
