APPLICATION REVIEW

Apply for a REACH Supply trade account

Every application is reviewed individually. Approval, pricing, product access, and purchasing tools depend on business verification, purchasing needs, eligible products, and account history. Standard trade accounts are payment-at-order; businesses may separately request a credit review, but selecting that option does not approve a credit limit or payment terms.

A practical purchasing account for Canadian businesses

A REACH Supply trade account is designed for verified businesses purchasing parts, installation products, and service supplies for commercial use, maintenance, customer work, or resale.

  • No general order minimum: Product-specific pack, quantity, or supplier rules may still apply.
  • Standard payment: Trade approval normally uses payment at checkout. A separate credit review may be requested but is not automatic.
  • Account-specific access: Pricing and purchasing tools are assigned to the approved business.
  • Canadian storefront: ReachSupply.ca purchasing is presented in Canadian dollars and follows the applicable Canadian tax treatment.

6 powerful trade account benefits

A trade account can simplify repeat purchasing for approved Canadian businesses. Benefits vary by product, purchasing activity, account history, and verification status.
ACCOUNT PRICING

Account-specific pricing

Eligible products may receive account-specific, tiered, quoted, or volume-based pricing in Canadian dollars on ReachSupply.ca.
ORDER SUPPORT

Faster repeat ordering

Growing business catalogue

Purchase from available appliance, HVAC, installation, and service-supply categories as verified catalogue sections and supplier workflows become available.

Who can apply

  • Appliance, HVAC, security, locksmith, maintenance, and installation businesses
  • Repair technicians, contractors, property managers, and service companies
  • Retailers, resellers, institutions, government, and commercial purchasers
  • Businesses purchasing products regularly or in larger quantities

Important account notes

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a particular discount, or access to every product.
  • There is no general minimum order value. Product-level minimum quantities, case packs, order increments, supplier minimums, or special-order conditions may apply where disclosed.
  • Standard trade accounts use payment at checkout. Selecting Yes to a credit review only records the business’s interest; it does not create net terms, a credit limit, deferred billing, or invoice-payment rights.
  • Tax treatment is determined under applicable Canadian law. A GST/HST registration number does not automatically remove sales tax. Review the Canada Revenue Agency GST/HST guidance for businesses.
  • Account pricing is confidential, non-transferable, and may vary by product, quantity, quote, or order.

Trade account Canada questions

Clear answers about eligibility, minimum orders, payment, pricing, verification, and account approval.

Who can apply for a REACH Supply trade account?

Canadian repair companies, technicians, contractors, property managers, maintenance businesses, institutions, resellers, government purchasers, and other verified commercial buyers may apply. Approval is not automatic.

Is there a minimum order for a trade account?

No general minimum order value applies. Individual products may still have minimum quantities, case packs, order increments, supplier minimums, or special-order conditions shown before purchase.

Can I request credit terms with a trade application?

Yes, you can ask REACH Supply to review whether separate credit terms may be available. Standard trade accounts remain payment-at-order unless a separate credit review is completed and written terms are approved. Selecting “Yes” on the application is a request only and does not create a credit limit, net terms, or deferred billing.

What pricing will an approved business receive?

Pricing may vary by account, product, quantity, supplier, quote, promotion, and purchasing history. Applying does not guarantee a specific discount or access to every product.

Can an existing customer account be upgraded?

Yes. Apply using the same email address as the existing ReachSupply.ca account. When approved, trade access can be connected to that customer account.

What Canadian business or tax information may be requested?

REACH Supply may request the legal business name, operating details, a CRA business number, GST/HST program account information when applicable, purchasing needs, or supporting business documents. A CRA business number is different from automatic tax-exempt status, and additional verification may be required for specific account features.

How long does trade account approval take?

Applications are reviewed manually, and no fixed approval time is guaranteed. Complete and accurate information helps avoid delays when business verification or supporting documents are required.

Can account pricing be shared with another business?

No. Trade pricing and account access are assigned to the approved business, are non-transferable, and must not be shared outside that organization.
