Important account notes
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or a specific discount.
- A trade account is not a credit account unless credit terms are separately approved in writing.
- Resale or tax-exemption treatment is available only where legally applicable and after valid documents are reviewed and approved. A GST/HST number alone does not remove Canadian sales tax.
- ReachSupply.ca and ReachSupplyCo.com are separate storefronts. Approval, pricing, currency, invoices, tax treatment, payment terms, and order history may differ between them.
- Account pricing is confidential, non-transferable, and may vary by product or order.

Choose the correct storefront: ReachSupply.ca serves Canada and bills in CAD. ReachSupplyCo.com serves the United States and bills in USD. You may request access to one or both, but approval and account settings may be separate.

Applications are reviewed manually. Supporting documents may be requested before pricing, tax treatment, credit terms, or other account benefits are activated.

Do not upload payment-card details, banking credentials, passwords, or personal government-issued identification unless REACH Supply specifically requests it through an approved secure process.
